Application Notes · Guide
Try a fictional application first
Use the demo to edit a fictional record, status, interview date and preparation tasks. Demo edits are not saved to your account. Sign in and add a new record under My records to keep a real application.
For example, add “Spring Cafe” and “Weekend store assistant” as an interested job with a deadline. It appears in upcoming deadlines. After applying, change the status to Applied; after an invitation, choose Interview scheduled and enter its date and time in Korea time. This is a fictional walkthrough, not a real vacancy.
Save records and preparation together
- Start with company and role. Add the vacancy URL, application date, deadline, conditions and notes as needed.
- Add preparation tasks such as reviewing a resume, checking the location or preparing questions. The limit is 12 tasks of up to 120 characters each.
- Press Save on the record to keep edits and completion marks. The card shows completed count and the first unfinished task.
The next-preparation suggestion takes one unfinished task from active records ordered by interview date, or deadline if there is no interview date. It is not a separate deadline or reminder that the task must be completed today.
Export a calendar file
Preview and select dates under Export to calendar, then save .ics. It includes future interviews for Interview scheduled records and remaining deadlines for Interested records. Interviews use a Korea-time (UTC+9) start; deadlines are all-day events.
Import the file into a calendar app. It is not automatic sync or automatic alarm setup. Export again after changes and check existing or duplicate events in that app. The file includes company, role and dates, so choose recipients carefully.
Missing records or failed saves
If Save fails, edits remain in the open form. Check the connection and sign-in state, then retry. Closing or reloading before saving can lose unsaved edits.
For an empty list, check demo versus personal records, search, status filters and account. A load error does not mean there are no records; use Reload. Report the displayed error without private application details.
